USF&G ANNOUNCES NEW PRODUCT FOR TEXAS

Effective 03/29/04,  USF&G  has announced the New HO-3A Program for Texas business.  This aggressively priced product is targeted at good business (2 or less claims) that is currently being placed in the Fair Plan.  Agents can access this program through www.logicrhqbroker.com as well as the current HO-3 program. 

The HO-3A is based on the current HO-3 program but it excludes water damage and off premises theft.  For this reduction in coverage, the premium is reduced 40% to 50%  less than the current HO-3 rates (depending on territory).  This program should appeal to “price conscience” clients that will forgo coverage for water damage & off premises theft for a less expensive premium. And like the current HO-3 program, the commission on new business is 15% and 10% for renewals.

Effective March 1, 2004 please utilize our new in-house premium finance software to premium finance USF&G policies and Colonial Lloyds policies.
